Stretch / Exercise Instruction

I teach stretches, strength moves, and balance moves one on one to clients or in group classes. It’s fun!

I teach in a way that is easy but challenging and it appropriate for anyone who hasn’t exercised in a long time, anyone who’s just had surgery, for seniors, etc. I show moves that can be done at home without weights or machines, and don’t take a lot of time.

I can show you moves to do, at the end of your massage hour, to become stronger at home.
